Winter -> Summer?

With the snow we've had in April and the chilling winds in May, I wonder if we'll just skip Spring and jump right into Summer?

Whenever the season changes, I would develope these hives/rashes on my arms and legs (Mind you, I'd rather have hives than hayfever). I haven't had any thus far, so am I losing touch (getting old?) or are we still in Winter?
