Extreme Ironing

A friend of mine suggested to try Extreme Ironing while riding the Yamanote Train Line during rush hour. =D

*Yamanote is THE train line of Tokyo.

Last night I went to this place called "12,6" in Tokyo to have dinner my friend Pui Yee who came all the way from Miyazaki prefecture to run some business errands. She's going back to Singapore this summer and I don't know when I'll see her again, so despite the fact that I was super tired riding the bike home for 40 minutes, I dragged by tired body all the way to Shibuya.
Anyway, back to the restaurant. It claimed to have this futuristic, mysterious blah blah blah theme, but when I stepped inside last night, there were just mirrors mirrors and more mirrors!!! -_-;; I mean, if you take out all the mirrors, it's nothing but a normal restaurant/bar!!
The food was pretty good but I despise the way they advertise the restaurant. It's like sending false information to the public.

I'm suddenly 2000 yen richer.

Today the Japanese teacher of English told me she forgot to pay me when I help conduct the English Proficiency Test for an hour after school.

That was September, 2003.

I don't feel like I deserve the money because all I did was hand out the papers, sit for an hour (while reading Harry Potter!), and collect the papers. So I'm going to use the money to buy some snacks for the teachers. They all buy chocolates/crackers/cakes to school for everyone almost everyday, I feel guilty for not doing so sometimes. Like right now, the school nurse just put a Japanese senbei on my desk. I think they should call the staffroom "snackroom" instead. =D
